Through in-depth knowledge of European and national funding instruments, we position initiatives within appropriate calls, structure partnerships and develop robust financial and operational models that support sustainability beyond initial funding cycles.

REFRAME establishes governance structures, reinforces management capacity and designs monitoring and quality assurance systems that maintain alignment with strategic intent.
